Short Description:

The vibrating online viscometer is an online analysis instrument designed for real-time measurement of viscosity at the process site. It adopts a tapered cylindrical element, and at a certain frequency, it rotates and oscillates along its radial direction. The sensor is a conical spherical element, when the fluid flows over the surface of the sensor. When the probe shears the fluid, it loses energy due to the change in viscosity resistance, which is detected by the electronic circuit. Converted by the processor to a displayable viscosity reading. The instrument can measure media with different viscosities by changing the shape of the sensor element, so it has a wide range of viscosity measurement. Because the shearing of the fluid is achieved by vibration, there are no relative moving parts, seals and bearings, and it is a fully sealed structure that can withstand pressure. It can be widely used in the precise measurement of viscosity in industrial sites and laboratories. In order to meet the individual needs of users, not limited to the installation and modification of chemical pipelines, containers, and reactors with side openings or top openings, in order to solve the problem that the distance from the liquid surface is far away, our company has developed different installation structures and online installations with different insertion depths. The viscometer can be directly inserted into the liquid surface at the top, usually from 500mm to 4000mm, with an insertion diameter of 80mm, and can be equipped with a DN100 flange, which is used for online measurement and control of the 0 viscosity of the reactor.
